Jayden Parks - Founder, Parks Asset Management
Jayden Parks is a Philadelphia native and University of Pennsylvania alumnus. He bought his first multifamily property at 20 years old. Not as an experiment. As a conviction. That early investment grew into a home flipping operation and in-house development work, giving him a full investment lifecycle perspective from acquisition through execution.
He went on to hold property management leadership roles across Eagle Rock Properties, the exclusive management arm of Eagle Rock Advisors, Tripalink, Princeton University, and others, overseeing thousands of units along the way.
That experience showed him what good management actually looks like. It also showed him how few owners in this market had access to it.
